While submitting the Environmental Impact Assessment in July 2017, DIAL admitted high noise pollution landing funnel which is distributed.Strangely the Deputy Director (AED) DGCA Mr. Rohit Thakur exhnorates DIAL – CPCB admits that distribution of noise over and above prescribed limits is prohibited.
Is it not a case of Mudai sust gawah chust – where the crime has been admitted and judge exhonerates criminal and another judge says that the crime committed is not permitted? In this situation where citizens are made to suffer for bureaucratic neglect?
